It includes specifics of reporting on the project and financial procedures, procurement and audit, creating a strategy for information support and visualization, requirements for archiving documentation and data.

The project partners discussed and scheduled working meetings, planned a date for a training seminar to study the experience of Russian and Finnish specialists. Best practises training and an introduction on the latest water and sanitation technologies will help to coordinate joint actions to improve wastewater and sewage management on both sides of the border. Cooperation of the neighboring regions of Russia and Finland under the Project will improve the overall sanitary and epidemiological situation in the neighboring regions of Russia and Finland. "Lenoblvodokanal" will reconstruct the existing networks by 40%, which will reduce harmful emissions into the waters of the Gulf of Finland. This means that the local biodiversity of the water resource will increase. This, in turn, will contribute to the development of sustainable ecotourism in the Russian and Finnish coastal areas around the Gulf of Finland. The quality of drinking water will significantly improve. This will benefit not only the guests of the Monrepos Park (“Monrepos Park” and the museum will receive modernized wastewater treatment and water supply systems), but also the residents of the Vyborg district.

Finally, the participants chose the next date for the Project Management Group working meeting. It will be held in St. Petersburg on the 10th of December this year.
